Management Fee

As a Property Owner what Fees can you expect for Monthly Management and for Leasing your property?

Full-Service Property Management of homes and condos is 8% of the monthly rent or a minimum of $145 per month. Rents above $3000 for homes and condos is 7% of the monthly rent.

Each time we lease your home or condo to a new tenant you pay a Leasing Fee of $350. The leasing fee includes extensive marketing of your vacant property, showing your property to all interested parties, comprehensive background screening checks, complete lease agreement administration along with a detailed tenant signed move in inspection report.

Unlike other property management companies, we do not charge startup fees, re-leasing fees, advertising fees, year-end tax form preparation fees, coordination of insurance claims fees, insurance related repair fees or routine property inspection fees.

The monthly management fee and leasing fee take effect only after we have secured qualified tenant(s) and income on the property has begun.

Full-Service Property Management of Apartment Complexes of 5 units or more vary between 5% and 7% of the monthly rent.

Each time we lease one of your units in an Apartment Complex of 5 units or more to a new tenant you pay a Leasing Fee of $150. As mentioned above the leasing fee includes extensive marketing of your vacant property, showing your property to all interested parties, comprehensive background screening checks, complete lease agreement administration along with a detailed tenant signed move in inspection report.
