In addition to our full property management services, The Comana Company also offers single family and multifamily housing Tenant Placement Only Services. These services are used when a property owner chooses to manage their asset personally, but requires support finding, screening, qualifying and securing the best tenant(s).

Tenant Placement Services include:

  • A preliminary on-site walk through to gauge what may be necessary to prepare your home for market and set the best rental price for your property.
    Complimentary oversight and project management of all work necessary to prepare your property for rent.
  • Far-reaching online advertising to 30+ well known and widely used websites to get your property rented quickly.
  • Immediate response to perspective tenant property showing requests.
  • In person property tours with prospective tenants. (We do not offer nor allow self-guided property tours without company personnel present).
  • Extensive tenant screening including credit report, credit score, eviction, criminal, terrorist, sex-offender, employment and rental history background checks.
  • Comprehensive lease administration that includes rental lease agreement, addendum package and tenant signed Move-In inspection report all emphasized on litigation prevention.
  • Renters Insurance Requirement for all new tenants naming property owner as additional interest.
  • Collection of first month’s rent and security deposit(s) with concise accounting and disbursement of initial funds collected.


Our Tenant Placement Service Fee is one month’s rent. (Maximum $1750.00)


You pay no upfront leasing or marketing fees and The Comana Company only gets paid when your property has been rented.
