By referring clients to The Comana Company for property management services you or your Broker will:

A) Receive $350.00 for every signed property management agreement with payment being made once the property has been leased.

B) Receive in writing a 100% Guarantee that your client’s real estate needs, whether buying or selling, will always remain exclusively yours.

Our role is solely to manage the property on your behalf and enhance the services you provide, not to compete with your client relationships.
