Tenant leads can easily pick the day and time of their choosing - on the way to work on a Monday morning before the property management office opens, or even on Saturday night while the property management office is closed. Prior to showing ShowMojo accesses global databases and processes dozens of data points about prospective tenants including the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to make real-time, judgement-based decisions about prospective tenants eliminating those who do not qualify and providing more unit showings to those who do.

*SureVestor Insurance provides additional GAP insurance protection not covered by General Liability Insurance. With SureVestor Protection Plus bundle owners receive the following protections for a minimal monthly fee of **$47.00:

(1) Up to $35,000 for malicious damage / Up to $15,000 for theft/damage due to theft.

(2) Up to 8 weeks rent if tenant skips / Up to 12 weeks rent for Tenant Delinquency.

(3) Up to $5,000 for eviction coverage / Up to $600 for Sheriff fees.

(4) $1,000,000 coverage for 3rd party claims that happen on your property.

(5) Rekeying locks if a tenant skips or must be evicted.
